Metro Wrestling

Metro Wrestling is New York City's accessible, gay-friendly freestyle wrestling club for adults. METRO athletes compete locally and internationally at Gay Games, World Outgames, EuroGames, Northeast Beach Wrestling Championships, International Tournament of Paris, and other affiliated clubs.

Wrestling practices occur twice weekly. Metro coaches teach a beginner's class on the first Sunday of every month. The club hosts an annual tournament. Visit our practices! METRO practices in Manhattan Saturday 2-4 pm at Fighthouse (37 West 26th Street, penthouse)and Sunday 2-5 pm at The Gay Community Center (208 West 13th Street Room 412). Cost per practice: $12(Saturday-Fighthouse) or $10 (Sunday-Center)
